Buying Online

1. How can I place my order?
You can place your order through our website by adding products to your cart, via our Facebook page, or by sending us a message on WhatsApp. Simply provide your Name, Phone Number, and Delivery Address, and one of our Customer Care Representatives will confirm your order.

2. Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to make changes. Contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible, and we’ll assist you.

3. How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept online payments only.

4. Can I sample a fragrance before purchasing online?
Yes! Every order comes with one complimentary tester of your choice, allowing you to try a new fragrance. We also offer two tester sets for you to explore multiple fragrances from the comfort of your home.

5. Can I get a discount?
Discounts are not applicable on your first order. After your first purchase, you will receive a discount code that can be used on future orders.


Delivery

1. Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan.

2. What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are Rs. 250

  • Islamabad: 1–2 working days
