Refund policy

At Sheikh Al Khalid (SAK), your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with a product, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Return/Exchange Window: Requests must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Product Condition: Products must have at least 90% of the fragrance remaining in the bottle.

  3. Processing Time: Approved return or exchange requests are processed within 3–5 working days.

  4. Delivery Charges:

    • Delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.

    • Customers are responsible for delivery charges on exchange orders.

  5. Tester/Sample Boxes: Tester boxes or sample sets are non-refundable, as they are intended solely for fragrance testing.

  6. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, Sheikh Al Khalid (SAK) will cover the delivery charges for return or replacement.
